Jacqui MexsonBased in Kenilworth, Warwickshire, Jacqui has had her own private practice as a multi-skilled holistic therapist/teacher for 14 years. She has worked with Hydrotherm Massage System from the outset, teaching Hydrotherm at all levels. In addition, as an Usui and Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher she has been teaching Reiki for therapists who wish to add new skills to their “toolbox”.
Since qualifying as a therapist she has been passionate about working with people who are chronically ill or in palliative care and she has considerable experience in this field, having undertaken specific training for that purpose and having worked for some time in a hospice environment.
It is her view that no one should ever be turned away from receiving massage because they have had, or currently have cancer as this is a time when people need to be treated as a whole being, not someone labelled with an illness.
